Continuum Health Care Services is an organization dedicated to serving independent not-for-profit and for-profit facilities. We work closely with Long Term Care associations to maintain our knowledge base as well as assist in the difficult leadership role and play an active role in representing the community based facilities interests. It is becoming more and more difficult for facilities to maintain compliance with the new rules and challenges our industry faces through changing regulations and reduced reimbursement.
We have maintained focus on our faith based, resident centered mission and have never wavered in our dedication to assist facilities to provide quality resident care and services, while understanding the difficult nature of our business.
Each key team member and consultant of Continuum has worked in long term care for many years and understands the complexity and challenges that an Administrator, Director of Nursing, or other staff member faces each day. Our team utilizes that knowledge and experience to work with the various facility team members to address and improve the care and services provided in a manner consistent with each facility’s mission.
Our team of consultants dedicates itself to the development and maintenance of our knowledge base. With this in mind we commit significant resources to training and education throughout our nation’s health care system. Many of our team members hold certifications in state and national organizations and professionally accredited programs.
